In case the size of the ordered products is different from the delivered one, the customer can replace the product within 14 days of its receipt, under the condition that the product received is not used, it is clean, and in the original package and having the labels. The parcel must be accompanied by a product note or cash note and the Form for claims and replacement. The product must be sent to the following address:


The customer can replace the product bought through the online shop only by another product from the online shop, and have to fill in the field for claims of the Form the desired product. If the chosen product is not available any more, the customer can choose another product within 30 days. On expiry of this term the customer will receive back the initial article. There is no need of a new order through the site for replacement of a product.

If the above conditions are not kept, the replacement will not be effected!

  • If the desired size is not available we could order it from another store (time of delivery is 3 to 5 working days), we could replace the product by another article or refund. If the customer wants to replace a product with a more expensive one he will be informed about the additional payment after the receipt of the claimed product.
  • The parcel with the returned product, which due to not appropriate package is damaged during transportation, will be returned to the customer at his expense. Please, pack the parcels carefully to ensure their safe transportation.
  • The costs in regard to a replacement of a product due to wrong execution of the order are at the expense of the vendor.
  • We do not accept parcels sent to us by cash on delivery.
  • The courier costs for the claimed products are at the expense of the customer.
  • The amounts are refund only by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
  • After we receive the returned product we shall contact you and inform you we had received the parcel and will refund the due amount within 14 working days.The amount will be transferred to the bank account which you had indicated in the Claims Form!

CLAIMS and DEFECTS

The claims are accepted within 30 days of the purchase only having some of the following defects:

  1. Torn upper
  2. Broken outsole
  3. Unglued outsole
  4. Broken heel
  5. Different sizes
  6. Unglued parts
  7. Fallen ornaments (eyelets, buckles) – but not when due to bad exploitation of the product

Claims are not accepted in following cases:

  1. Peeled nose of the shoe
  2. Mechanic damage or due to bad maintenance
  3. Worn out heels
  4. Bad smell
  5. Water logging

The claim in regard to clear defects is submitted within 5 working days of the purchase. The costs for the return of a product in connection with a claim and replacement of the product are at the expense of the customer. When the defect could be repaired the footwear is being repaired within 30 working days. Defects due to bad exploitation are not accepted by the Vendor.
